Individual Sessions for Adults
I work with adults (ages 18+) across the lifespan. I offer in-person and online therapy to fit your needs. Individual therapy sessions are approximately 50-55 minutes.
In our sessions you can expect to experience compassion, presence, collaboration, and authenticity. My style tends to be warm, open, direct, and challenging. I don’t just sit back and listen to you talk. I value therapy that is engaging and addresses the root cause of your issues. Together, we will address your concerns, develop tools to help you feel calm and regulated, and take meaningful steps towards the changes you are looking for.
Finding a therapist who you believe is a good fit is important to the success of your therapy. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for us to meet, get a sense for our fit, and discuss logistics before scheduling an initial session. Please contact me via phone or email.

Approaches to Therapy
-
Mindfulness-based therapy helps you slow down, notice your thoughts and feelings, and relate to them with more compassion. Together, we might use grounding exercises, gentle meditations, or simple body-awareness practices to help you feel more present and steady. Over time, this practice can ease distress, build self-compassion, and support lasting emotional growth.
-
Somatic, or body-centered, therapy encourages you to learn the language of your body — the subtle sensations, patterns, and cues that often speak before words do. In our work together, we explore how your nervous system holds and responds to stress, anxiety, trauma, and even joy. By building awareness and curiosity toward your embodied experience, you can begin to regulate your nervous system, release what’s been held for too long, and cultivate a sense of grounded safety.
-
Compassion-focused therapy is about learning to treat yourself with the same understanding and care you’d offer to others. It helps reduce shame, negative self talk, and strengthen your ability to feel safe, connected, and supported—both within yourself and your relationships.
-
Internal family systems is a beautiful approach to therapy that incorporates all of our parts. IFS helps us examine parts that keep us stuck and develop an ongoing relationship with ourselves.
-
Attachment-Focused Therapy explores how your past relationships and experiences may be affecting the way you connect and experience the world today. By developing safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship, you can heal past relational wounds, deepen self understanding, and create more secure relationships.
